How It Works

CatComfort uses a synthetic copy of naturally occurring pheromones to trigger an instinctive calming response. Its pheromone is clinically proven to help calm, comfort and reassure cats during stressful situations.

Appeasing pheromones are naturally produced by mothers while nursing, promoting feelings of safety and reassurance and supporting bonding. In cats, this is called Cat Appeasing Pheromone (CAP), which can be particularly valuable for harmonious living in multicat households.

Species-Specific Support

Cats recognise cat pheromones, not dog pheromones, and vice versa. If both your cat and dog need reassurance, separate CatComfort and CaniComfort products are needed. The wider range uses three different pheromones to promote reassurance and safety.
