We ship throughout New Zealand using trusted courier partners to ensure your premium pet products arrive safely.

- NZ Nationwide Standard (Excluding Rural & Saturday Delivery) - $9.99
- NZ Nationwide Rural (Excluding Saturday Delivery) - $14.99
- FREE NZ Nationwide Shipping on orders $50+ (Including Rural)
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days and Rural Delivery: Additional 1-2 business days may apply
Your shipping options are shown at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Please make sure you choose Rural, if you are rural, otherwise it may delay the shipment of your order if we have to contact you to fix.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2pm NZST typically ship the same business day.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve customers in New Zealand. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@PetHaus.co.nz and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work directly with our courier partners to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
