How long will my order take?
All order are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer flat rate Shipping.

- NZ Wide Standard (Excluding Rural) - $9.99
- NZ Wide Rural - $14.99

Where do you ship?
PetHaus ships nationwide across New Zealand. Please contact us if you'd like a international quote at info@pethaus.co.nz
Can you ship to Po Boxes?
No, we can only delivery to physical address.
Can I ship to an overseas address?
We currently only deliver within New Zealand and do not ship internationally at this stage. But feel free to contact us for an international quote.
Do you accept returns?
Please email us to process an exchange of return a faulty item. Exchange and/or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Returns must be sent within 30 days and processed within 14 days.
Do you do exchanges?
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in “as new” condition with all original packaging included.
Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
