PetHaus isn’t just a brand.
It’s our real life. One home.
Three dogs. Two cats. Two kids.
And two parents who live and breathe the pet life every single day.
Our story began when I (Jess) moved from Germany to New Zealand with my Labrador, Nyla 🤍
Back home, I was used to a certain standard of pet care — quality ingredients, thoughtful design, and products made with real purpose.
When I couldn’t find that same level of quality here, I realised something:
If it didn’t exist… we needed to create it.
Together with my Kiwi husband, Mark, we co-founded PetHaus to raise the bar in pet care — not just to sell products, but to build something better.
